7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund the plan in full. The money-back guarantee applies to plan purchases only; upsells and add-ons (such as extra tweet limits or one-time follower boosts) are excluded.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our services. Every order includes a Day-0 baseline audit, so under-delivery is easy to verify: we compare your Day-30 numbers against your timestamped starting report. If your plan is underdelivered, contact us and we will review the delivery record, deliver replacement followers for the missing amount, or refund the undelivered portion. Refund requests are processed by our support team. Refunds do not apply to free credits, completed delivery that matches the purchased package, or delays caused by customer-side account changes such as username changes, private accounts, removed posts, or blocked delivery access.
Guarantee
If more than 15% of the followers we delivered — never counting followers you already had — drop or unfollow within 365 days, we replace them with new followers, free. The guarantee applies only to followers delivered by TweetBoost after your order starts. We reserve the right to void the guarantee when follower loss is caused by the profile itself — for example adult/NSFW, sensitive, shocking, hateful, or spam content posted after the order starts, a drastic change of niche, mass-deleting posts, or making the account private.
