What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies only to followers delivered by TweetBoost after your order starts, not to followers you had before TweetBoost or followers delivered by other providers. We separate your starting follower base from the followers we deliver, then review the delivered batch against the public standard below.
The audit-backed delivery promise
Every order starts with a Day-0 baseline audit: we scan your followers, engagement rate, and bot ratio, timestamp the report, and email it to you before delivery begins. Your dashboard re-scans your profile every 6 days, so you always see growth measured against your own starting numbers.
If the Day-30 audit shows we delivered less than promised, you choose: free refill or refund of the undelivered portion.

Drop vs. unfollow
A drop means followers disappear because X permanently removes accounts. These usually do not show as unfollows in analytics - the count just falls. Our retention coverage applies to followers TweetBoost delivered during your paid month plus the 7-day grace period.
Human unfollows
An unfollow is a real person choosing to leave. You can see and track this in analytics. We cannot eliminate human choice, but we reduce it by targeting real accounts that match your niche.
