Why the App Lies to You (Politely)
Past 10,000 followers, X rounds every count you see — 12,847 becomes "12.8K", 1,238,412 becomes "1.2M". Fine for browsing, useless for tracking. Whether you're watching your own growth week to week, verifying an influencer's real size before paying them, or settling a bet about whether someone just lost 50k followers — you need the unrounded number.

How do I see someone's exact follower count on Twitter (X)?
The X app rounds counts above 10,000 — '1.2M' could be anywhere from 1,150,000 to 1,249,999. Type any @username into the checker above and you get the exact, unrounded number, plus following count, likes given, and account age.
Is this follower count live?
Near-live: counts refresh roughly every 10 minutes. For tracking a fast-moving moment (a viral post, a livestream milestone), re-check after a few minutes and compare.
Can I check any account?
